If you need urgent medical assistance between 6.30pm - 8:00am (when the practice is closed) you should call 111 (please call 0161 476 2299 between 12:30 -13:30 on Tuesdays and 18:00 - 18:30 on Fridays). Named GP: As from June 2015 we are obliged to inform patients that they have a “named GP”. This has no bearing at all on which GP you currently see and / or wish to see in the future.

Video Consultations

The practice offers Video Consultations with the Doctor and our Asthma Nurse.

This service is accessible via Computer, Tablet and Smartphone.

Download Whereby App for Video Consultations

On or around the time of your appointment, you will be sent an SMS text message to your Mobile Phone. This will contain a web link, which you will need to select and open, to join the video consultation. 

Downloading the Whereby App will make it easier to connect, and will not require you to configure your phone, each time you have a consultation. Do not worry if you are unable to download this app, as you can follow the steps below in Joining your Video Consultation.

How do I Join Video via Patient Access?

Once you have booked your Video Consultation, all you need do is login to our online appointment system, on the day of your appointment, around 5 minutes before and select Join. Follow the guidance below:
